Peter Lindroos was the most internationally successful tenor and the honorary member of our society. the CD of his golden age recordings is to be announced in October: "Peter Lindroos - Opera Arias and Songs 1981-1994". The CD contains 16 arias with orchestra and a number italian and scandinavian songs. Included are favorite arias from operas: La Bohéme, Tosca, Manon Lescaut, Turandot, Carmen, I Pagliacci, Luisa Miller, Macbeth, Adriana Lecouvreur etc. Composers of the songs in CD are De Curtis, Bixio, Leoncavallo, Sibelius, Melartin, Järnefelt, Peterson-Berger and Alfven.
The CD collection produced and edited by Tero Halvorsen includes a thorough booklet with 32 pages with photograps. Also included are the role and repertoire lists and a list of countries and cities where he performed.
